Growing up on a ranch, in Ventura, California, Chef Katie Caccamo was imprinted with a passion for fresh organic food. Her father grew heirloom vegetables and fruits year round, which gave Katie a variety of creative dishes to create in the kitchen. She received her Master’s Degree in Nutritional Science at the University of Santa Barbara and her Chef Certification at Living Light Culinary Institute in Mendocino, California. Chef Katie Caccamo is a Private Chef and Nutritional Consultant on the beautiful island of Maui. She specializes in Farm To Table cuisine prepared on site , delivered to your home or office. Chef Katie has created Maui’s best Homemade Organic Macadamia Nut Milk, a dairy free beverage made from 100% locally sourced ingredients.
